Joann was the first bee removal of 2018, I expected them to make some honey, but they decided that making swarms was more fun.

These girls were caught in a swarm box at the home where Joann was removed two weeks earlier.

Amazingly these girls were removed from a pop-up camper with only one piece of comb the size of a cell phone. They managed to build and fill  all this in about 3 weeks, enough to carry them to the spring.
